Collection services
Ongoing collection programs
Build on an approved pilot with repeat collections that expand task coverage and variations in how work is performed.
Project scope
Agree on the collection before it begins.
For teams with recurring data needs, we plan collection in batches. Each review informs the next collection so the program can adapt to your research priorities.
- An agreed collection and delivery schedule
- New batches reviewed against agreed criteria

Questions
Before you commission a collection
What do you collect?
Our core offering is first-person video of people performing agreed tasks. Additional data can be requested and is scoped separately based on feasibility and project requirements.
Where is collection focused?
We focus on Canadian skilled trades and industrial work. Specific locations, site access, participant requirements, and collection conditions are confirmed for each project.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes. We recommend a paid pilot to agree on the capture approach and review a small collection before commissioning a larger project.
How is a project priced?
Pricing is scoped per project based on tasks, collection setting, volume, capture requirements, supporting data, and delivery schedule.
What is included in delivery?
Video files and the accompanying information specified in the collection brief. File formats, task metadata, review reports, requested annotations, and any additional data are agreed before collection.
How are usage rights and permissions handled?
Participant and site permissions, permitted uses, data handling, and delivery terms are defined as part of project scoping before collection begins.
