For pharmacy technician educators

Structured PEBC OSPE practice beyond the classroom.

Give learners timed practice for the PEBC Pharmacy Technician Qualifying Examination Part II (OSPE), then review the dialogue, observable actions and formative feedback connected to each attempt.

Educator workspace

Groups, assignments and attempt review

Create a cohort and share its join code

Assign a focused station or practice set

Review completion and transcript-linked results

Draft new cases with a controlled blueprint

One preparation record

Learners practise independently. Educators add direction.

A learner keeps one candidate account for personal practice and college or coaching-centre assignments. Joining a group does not expose unrelated activity to other learners.

Create private groups

Give pharmacy technician learners a group code and keep class-linked preparation activity together.

Assign reviewed stations

Choose from published practice cases and set focused preparation work for a cohort.

See preparation progress

Review completion, station outcomes and repeated practice without handling learner payments.

Inspect transcript evidence

Open the candidate dialogue and see which observable actions supported each formative result.

Designed for review

Feedback that shows its work.

OSPE-Prep reports connect criteria to retained transcript evidence. A reviewer can see what was credited, what was missed and where ambiguous evidence needs human judgement.

Station-specific expected actions

Safety-critical checks and explicit limitations

Transcript evidence beside criteria

Attempt history and group progress

Frequently asked questions

What educators should know.

Is the educator account free?

Yes. Educators can create groups, assign available stations and review group-linked progress without purchasing candidate attempts.

Do assigned stations give learners free attempts?

No. An assignment tells a learner what to practise; the attempt is deducted from that learner’s own OSPE-Prep package.

Is OSPE-Prep affiliated with PEBC?

No. OSPE-Prep is an independent formative practice product from Arcmetric AI. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official examination product of the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada.

Does a practice score predict a PEBC result?

No. Reports support learning and faculty review. They are not official PEBC scores, pass predictions or licensing decisions.

Can an educator create a station?

The educator portal includes a structured station builder for drafting patient details, instructions, expected actions and safety rules. Educator-created material remains distinguished from reviewed library content.
